Things You'll Need:
Orange Peel
Vodka
Glass Jar

Just simply peel a navel orange with a vegetable peeler or sharp knife. No white parts please!

Chop or dice the peel up and combine peel with 1/4 cup of water and a 1/2 cup of vodka.

Pour the mixture into a clean mason jar and set aside in your pantry or cabinet for 3-7 days. Orange Extract will last for a year!

Choose oranges that smell very sharp and fresh!
